The song Abejitas was shared with us by the CultivArte initiative in Argentina. Faced with the dire unsupervised situation for young children in Buenos Aires' suburb of San Fernando in Argentina, some 15 years ago some former students of the Escuela Arcangel Micael decided to do something together. The result is a place where the children can come to play. They can also have material explained to them that they did not understand properly at school. Since then, more than forty former Waldorf students have been working voluntarily for CultivArte, which has grown a lot in the last few years.

The collection of songs from all over the world was created as part of the single-day campaign Waldorf-One-World-Day, WOW-Day for short. On this day, children and young people are directly and actively committed to a better world. Besides, they organize a multiplicity of special donation actions, that connect humans on all continents with one another.
