TEMI is a large community in Northeastern Georgia, at the foot of the Caucasus, with over 60 people living, working and caring for each other. In Temi, there are two kindergarten children, six schoolchildren, two teenagers and 13 adults without family. Some with mild disabilities, 16 young adults with severe disabilities and three old people, along with about nine to twelve staff members and six (up to ten during summer) volunteers. The community is open to all people who need help, who want to live together and cooperate according to their abilities.

"As there are many people living in Temi who cannot live or work on their own, and who do not receive public funds and who have no parents or family, we are always very happy to receive support for the daily life," reports Susanna Reinhart, who has been a supporter of the TEMI community for 22 years and spends four to five months a year in Georgia. Reinhart further recounts: "Often we have unforeseen expenses for emergencies and doctor's visits, since the people in Georgia have only minimal health insurance, if any. Of course, the children and the older ones are happy when we go on excursions, go to concerts and also take our tents and cooking equipment to the mountains or to the sea, get to know the country, go hiking and take a holiday. The time frame for this year’s WOW Day is from 29 September to 29 November 2020. We invite all people in curative educational and social therapeutic institutions, as well as all students at Waldorf Schools to be a part of this worldwide campaign and to organize their own WOW Day this year. 100 percent of the proceeds will be forwarded to Waldorf and social projects.
