Hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans are fleeing the political and economic crisis of their country. Countless families arrive full of uncertainty and fear at the reception centres of the Boa Vista refugee camp in Brazil. Employees of our Brazilian emergency pedagogy team were on duty and worked with local and international specialists in addition to the direct acute care of children - about 150 people who are responsible for around 6,000 refugees as teachers*, social workers* or psychologists* were introduced to the emergency pedagogy methods.
